We assisted the bankrupt bank SNORAS to sell its shares in Lithuania's largest media group
BAB Bank SNORAS, one of the major Lithuanian banks, went bankrupt. While undergoing its bankruptcy procedures, the bank sold its subsidiary UAB Snoras Media, which served as a holding company for 34% of the shares in the largest Lithuanian media group, Lietuvos Rytas. Our team helped the bank and its bankruptcy administrator with all aspects of the deal, including the important pre-sale restructuring of UAB Snoras Media’s indebtedness to BAB Bank SNORAS.
