Ellex Valiunas assisted Baltic Sea Properties in signing lease deal with Delamode Baltics
The law firm Ellex Valiunas advised real estate development company Baltic Sea Properties in signing a 12 years lease contract with international freight company Delamode Baltics of a 5000 sq. m logistics centre. The new logistics centre will be developed in a plot between Vilnius and Kaunas, near the logistics terminal that Baltic Sea Properties is developing for Oribalt. The new logistics centre is planned to be built in the third quarter of 2020.

The law firm Ellex Valiunas represented the client in negotiations, advised and drafted the documents in regards to the planning and design, construction, maintenance of the centre and lease deal. The project was led by Associate Partner Julija Nikitaravičienė.

Trust Carriage Company LLC is one of the largest Ukrainian railway companies. We assisted in its acquisition of 51% of shares in UAB Goverlus, a major Lithuanian operator of railway wagons, and advised our client on all Lithuanian aspects of the deal. Shares were bought from a major Ukrainian wholesale fuel trader, OOO Energo-MIG.
