Karolina Nauronė is a senior associate specializing in EU law with an in-depth knowledge of the aspects of the implementation of EU legal acts in national law. Karolina has assessed the compliance of a number of draft legal acts with EU law and has made proposals for its amendments recommending the most optimum way for the implementation of EU law and seeking to reduce the administrative burden (“gold-plating“) for businesses during this process. Karolina has represented the interests of Lithuania before the Court of Justice of the European Union in different proceedings pertaining to various areas of law, such as audio-visual media services, electronic communications services and consumer protection.
