Ieva Krivickaitė is a senior associate with experience in corporate law, M&A, private equity, venture capital and foreign direct investments. She has advised multiple local and international businesses on all stages of body corporate life cycle. Her corporate practice extends to the establishment, corporate governance, group structuring, reorganization, and winding up. Ieva has helped clients in numerous M&A and investment deals in all stages representing buyers, sellers, targets as well as investors and start-ups.
Over the last few years, Ieva gained considerable experience while advising investors on foreign direct investment matters, from investment structuring to project execution.
